We are looking for a Documentation Officer to support analytical documentation and records management in our Quality Control (QC) department at Vibcare Healthcare. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining analytical test reports, COA, instrument logbooks, and specifications in strict compliance with GLP and GDP norms.

Key Responsibilities

- COA & Analytical Reports: Prepare and verify COA (Certificate of Analysis) and raw data sheets for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- QC Logbooks & Records: Maintain and archive analytical logbooks for instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution apparatus as per GLP norms.
- Specification & STP Management: Track, update, and manage standard testing procedures (STP), specifications, and pharmacopoeial monographs (IP/USP/BP).
- Data Integrity & GDP: Ensure all QC test records comply strictly with data integrity and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) guidelines.
- Stability Documentation: Compile and maintain testing schedules, analytical data, and summary reports for ongoing stability studies.
- Calibration & Qualification Records: Maintain and track routine calibration certificates, qualification records, and maintenance logs for all QC laboratory equipment.
- OOS/OOT & Deviation Support:



Assist QC executives in compiling documentation and initial investigation logs for OOS/OOT results and lab deviations.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with QA, Production, and Stores for timely sample status updates, batch release documentation, and audit readiness.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in QC documentation or analytical testing within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / B.Pharm / D.Pharm.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of QC documentation, GLP, GDP, and data integrity.
- Familiarity with pharmacopoeial standards (IP/USP/BP) and analytical records (HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution).
- Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and laboratory record management / LIMS.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
