Job Description:

We are seeking a SAP Finance Domain Expert with 10+ years of ERP experience to own Finance 360 data products on GCP. Combining deep functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PeopleSoft with hands-on BigQuery and SQL skills, you will lead Chart of Accounts mapping, establish deduplication rules for PeopleSoft-to-SAP coexistence, validate canonical data models, and approve data quality, financial reconciliations, and UAT sign-offs.

Responsibilities:

- Own Finance business requirements for all Finance 360 data products: GL, AP, AR, treasury, fixed assets, and financial planning.
- Define Chart of Accounts, combo edit rules, and profit/cost center hierarchies between PeopleSoft and SAP S/4.
- Validate PS (JOURNAL_ID, ACCOUNT) and SAP (BKPF, BSEG, FAGLFLEXT) field mappings to the canonical model.
- Establish journal line deduplication and precedence logic for coexistence and post-cutover phases.
- Approve data quality rules, financial reconciliations (Trial Balance, BvA, Intercompany), and UAT sign-offs.

Required Skills:





- 10+ years of functional or data experience in enterprise SAP FI/CO and PeopleSoft Financials environments.
- Deep knowledge of posting logic, financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reconciliations.
- Hands-on SQL and BigQuery skills for data modeling, performance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Experience with TM1 cubes and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for OPEX, CAPEX, and workforce planning.
- Expertise defining financial data contracts, managing parallel-run migrations, and leading regulatory sign-offs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP SD certification or an equivalent Salesforce / PeopleSoft credential.
- Experience with GCP data platforms and BI tooling such as Looker Studio.
- Prior involvement in data lake or Data-as-a-Product (DaaP) delivery programmes.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
