Operations Manager @ SINDHU BHAVAN ROAD in Engineering / Infrastructure Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage overall day-to-day operations of projects and project sites.

Plan and monitor project execution as per approved scope, timeline, budget, andquality standards.

Coordinate effectively between Head Office and Project Sites.

Monitor site progress, productivity, manpower, materials, machinery, and otherresources.

Ensure timely mobilization and optimum utilization of manpower and operational resources.

Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Stores, Accounts & Finance, Engineering, Tender,and Administration for project requirements.

Ensure project requirements are communicated well in advance to avoid operationaldelays.

Monitor material requirements, procurement, consumption, availability, and wastage.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Monitor contractor performance, work progress, quality, productivity, and compliance.

Identify operational issues, project delays, and risks and ensure timely correctiveaction.

Monitor project-wise operational costs and control unnecessary expenses and resource wastage.





Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety policies, andapplicable statutory requirements.

Review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress and operational reports.

Prepare and submit operational MIS and performance reports to Management.

Track pending activities and ensure timely closure of operational action points.

Conduct regular project and site reviews and escalate critical issues to Management.

Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.

Coordinate project completion, final inspection, punch-point closure, and handover.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Ensure accountability, discipline, and effective performance of operational and site teams.

Perform any other operations-related responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
