Position: Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock management of medicines.

- Check prescriptions for accuracy and identify potential medication-related issues.

- Maintain pharmacy records, stock registers, and expiry tracking.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding medication requirements.

- Monitor near-expiry and expired medicines and ensure proper segregation.

- Follow hospital pharmacy policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.

- Provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding medication usage when required.

Requirements

- B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.

- Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council registration.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

- Ability to work rotational shifts.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
