Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager with strong US Accounting experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, FP&A;, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The selected candidate will work closely with founders and management to support financial operations and provide meaningful insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
- Perform complete bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and financial reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial projections, and budgets.
- Support FP&A; activities, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to founders and management.
- Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting policies and internal financial procedures.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com / M.Com / Semi-Qualified CA / CPA Pursuing preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in US Accounting.
- Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of:
- US Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Bookkeeping
- Profit & Loss Statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Management
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- FP&A;
- Financial Reporting
- Experience working with US-based clients or companies is highly preferred.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced business workplace is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to work according to US time zone hours.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
