Senior Admission Counselor – Inside Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding UG, PG, online degree, certification, and other academic programs.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements to recommend suitable courses.
- Generate admissions through lead follow-up, cold calling, and regular interaction with prospects.
- Explain course details including fees, eligibility, curriculum, duration, university benefits, and admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle objections related to fees, course selection, university credibility, competition, and career outcomes.




- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up with hot and warm leads to maximize conversion.
- Coordinate with the admission/operations team for documentation, verification, and enrollment completion.
- Maintain a robust relationship with students throughout the admission journey.
- Achieve individual and team-wise conversion, revenue, and enrollment targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on lead status and conversions.
- Ensure a positive student experience while maintaining professional communication.
