We are seeking an energetic and organized HR Recruiter Intern to assist our talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle, learning how to identify qualified candidates, manage applicant pipelines, and support a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Search job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn), and online databases to source prospective candidates for active roles.
- Resume Screening: Review inbound applications against job descriptions to shortlist candidates who meet core technical and cultural requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invitations and logistics.
- Candidate Communication: Send prompt update emails, application status notices,



and interview prep guides to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Applicant Tracking & Database Management: Keep candidate profiles, interview feedback, and status updates organized within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- High organization and time-management skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sourcing or ATS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential candidate information professionally.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
