Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting any official letters as required by the management

Maintaining the personal account details of the director

GST Filing and TDS Returns

Passing Journal entries for the bills received

Co ordinating with the auditor for getting the required documents

Manage all accounting transactions

Ensure timely bank payments

Being back up for the cash handling team

Preparation of the summary of the daily reports prepared by all the employees

Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization

Requirements:

Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Analytical mind with solid conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.





Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills.

Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.

Ability to sit in front of a computer looking at a computer screen for long periods of time

Proficiency with a computer

Advanced knowledge of Excel and various accounting software programs

Familiarity with accounting software programs

Keen attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving

Able to maintain confidentiality
