About Us
Gallery Silver Scapes is a Delhi-based gallery work closely with artisans and collectors, and we're looking for an enthusiastic sales intern to help us grow client relationships and drive in-store and online sales.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their preferences and guiding them to suitable pieces
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Follow up on leads and inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Support with pricing, billing, and order processing
- Maintain and update the customer database / CRM
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Help plan and execute promotions, exhibitions, or pop-up events
- Track daily/weekly sales and share basic reports with the team
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream; business/marketing background a plus)
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable talking to clients in person and over calls
- Presentable, polite, and customer-first attitude
- Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
- Interest in jewelry, art, or luxury retail is a bonus
- Available to work from our Delhi gallery (in-office role)
