Job Description:
Job Purpose/Overview
- The IBP Manager plays a critical role in driving the Integrated Business Planning process by connecting commercial plans, supply chain assumptions, and operational realities with financial commitments.
- Lead the IBP 5 Step Cluster process (Steps 1-5) and drive alignment between all relevant functions.
- Own the orchestration of all elements within IBP (Short term execution plan S&OE;, IBP steps, and Annual Operating Plan) to ensure seamless translation of strategy into execution.
Job Responsibilities
Drive the Integrated Business Planning Process
- Lead the monthly IBP cycle across portfolio management, forecasting, supply-demand alignment, financial reconciliation, and management reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions to identify business risks, opportunities, and key assumptions.
- Ensure timely governance and adherence to IBP processes and milestones.
Financial Forecasting & Business Performance
- Consolidate and challenge commercial, operational, and financial assumptions to develop robust forecasts.
- Drive rolling forecasts and scenario planning activities.
- Analyze variances versus Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Strategic Plans.
- Identify performance trends and articulate business implications to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Business Partnering
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Supply, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Drive accountability for forecast assumptions and action plans across functions.
Performance Insights & Analytics
- Build & maintain executive level scorecards
- Monitor and analyze key business indicators including:
- Revenue and Volume Performance
- Forecast Accuracy
- Inventory Health
- Customer Service Levels
- Activity Evaluation/Management
Context and Scope
Explain how the job gets done and the way it operates within the team and with stakeholders
- The role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply , Manufacturing, Procurement, and Leadership teams to deliver a robust rolling forecast, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
- The incumbent will lead cross-functional alignment of volume, revenue, inventory, and productivity assumptions while ensuring that business plans remain financially realistic and operationally executable.

Education & Skilled Qualifications
• MBA (Operations/Finance)
Knowledge / Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in Business (Demand, Supply) Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Financial Planning or similar experience
• Meaningful experience influencing senior leaders and shaping/ deploying strategy.
• Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food Manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
• Exposure to cross-functional planning processes and business partnering roles.
