About the Role

Techsophy is looking for an experienced Mac Administrator to join our End User Computing (EUC) team. This role is responsible for managing, securing, and supporting Apple devices across the organization using JAMF, while also contributing to the broader EUC function that supports hardware, applications, and end-user technology needs across the business.

Experience Required

6+ Years in Mac Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Mac OSX and Server environments (versions 10.6 through 26) using JAMF.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Mac and iOS device issues in a business workplace.
- Manage Apple devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Build, deploy, and maintain macOS configuration profiles.
- Construct and maintain BASH and Unix scripts to automate device management tasks.
- Support all End User Computing (EUC)



hardware needs, including MacOS, Printers, and Windows devices.
- Manage user-related application installs, updates, and access.

Required Skills

- Strong, hands-on JAMF experience — enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and patch management.
- Solid working knowledge of BASH and Unix scripting for automation. Experience managing Apple devices through an MDM platform.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and iOS hardware and software.
- Comfortable supporting a mixed environment including Windows machines and printers.
