Job Description

We are looking for a senior Product Manager with strong experience in digital consumer products, e-commerce, omnichannel platforms, and complex technology systems, along with a proven track record of launching high-value product features. The ideal candidate will be an effective people leader and executive communicator who thrives in matrixed environments and can bring structure, strategic thinking, and clarity to ambiguity.

Experience & Qualifications

- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of directly managing teams and providing supervisory leadership.
- Extensive experience managing digital, consumer-facing products and complex technology platforms, with the ability to translate business strategy, customer insights, and data into successful product outcomes.
- Solid experience in e-commerce and omnichannel product environments,



ideally within a global or multi-market organization.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling new product features and capabilities that deliver measurable business and customer value.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clearly communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional, and iterative product development environment, balancing stakeholder collaboration with strong product ownership and advocacy.
- Highly curious, analytical, and data-driven, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and actionable direction to ambiguous and complex business problems.
- Strong ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize product roadmaps, make trade-offs, and align execution with strategic business objectives.
