Role Description The Sales Intern role at Glintred is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and assisting in follow-ups to drive new business opportunities. Daily activities include maintaining customer records, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with team members on sales campaigns and presentations. The role involves learning sales processes, participating in client meetings or calls, and providing customer service support as needed.



The Sales Intern will receive training and mentorship to build practical sales skills and gain exposure to end-to-end sales operations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills and an ability to build positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and a strong interest in developing sales expertise.
- Candidates should possess the ability to learn and apply Training received from sales leadership.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of basic Sales Management concepts or a willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and basic data handling; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
