Job Role: IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Work Experience: Fresher (1 Years)

Location: Surat (Sarthana Jakatnaka)

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and validate resumes as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any graduate or postgraduate can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
