Urgent Hiring: General Manager – Digital Media | Global Fashion & Retail Brand

We're looking for a senior Digital Media & Customer Growth leader to drive the end-to-end media and CRM agenda across brand, performance, digital, social, and offline channels. The role will focus on customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, e-commerce growth, store traffic, and maximizing marketing ROI.

✨ Mandatory:

Candidates must have 12–15 years of relevant experience across Media, Performance Marketing, CRM, or Integrated Marketing, with strong hands-on experience managing large media budgets, agency partners, customer lifecycle initiatives, and digital/e-commerce growth.

✔ Experience with retail, fashion, consumer, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
