Education:

- B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory)
- MBA (Mandatory)

Experience:

- 12+ Years
- Senior Grade equivalent to E-Level

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships, liaise, and program manage all university engagements.
- Drive project management, governance, and reporting for the Transformation Office.
- Partner with senior leadership teams to execute strategic business plans and transformation initiatives.
- Bring an outside-in market perspective across Banking, FinTech, GCCs, and the evolving technology landscape.
- Support thought leadership initiatives and strategic positioning for the Centre.




- Ensure effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
