About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Educational Consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Noida office.

The Educational Consultant will counsel students and their families regarding overseas medical education opportunities, eligibility requirements, universities, programs, and admission processes. The role involves understanding students' academic backgrounds and career goals, recommending suitable options, assisting with the admission process, and maintaining regular communication and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding international medical education opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide information about universities, programs, eligibility criteria, admission requirements, fees, documentation, and timelines.
- Help students shortlist suitable universities and programs based on their requirements.
- Handle student inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.




- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in seminars, information sessions, and education outreach activities.
- Contribute to improving counselling materials and processes.
- Work toward assigned performance and follow-up goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- 0–2 years of experience in education counselling, consulting, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident and professional approach when interacting with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of international education or medical admission processes is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, CRM, and other digital communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple student cases and maintain organized records.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Noida office.
- Good command of English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Salary & Growth

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
