Job Title: Senior Recruiter (W2 Hiring - US Staffing)

Location: Chennai, Noida India / Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter (W2 Hiring - US Staffing) to support our US staffing business, with a strong focus on VMS/MSP programs, Implementation Partners, and System Integrators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in W2/Full-time hiring, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for W2 contract, and full-time roles
- Work extensively on VMS/MSP requirements, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with client guidelines
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across a wide range of IT and technical roles
- Partner with Implementation Partners, System Integrators (SIs), and Tier-1 vendors to fulfill requirements
- Ensure high-quality submissions aligned with job requirements, rate expectations, and client compliance standards
- Maintain strong pipelines using job portals, passive networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes with candidates and clients
- Validate work authorization and U.S. immigration status (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure data integrity and reporting
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly submission targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience





- 3-6 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment
- Must have hiring, sourcing experience from Linkedin and linkedin recruiter certification would be prefered.
- Strong experience in passive hiring for both W2 contract staffing and full-time hiring
- Hands-on experience working with VMS/MSP platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator)
- Proven experience supporting Implementation Partners and System Integrators (TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, HCL)
- Solid understanding of U.S. work authorization types and visa classifications
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in US time zones and handle quick-paced requirements
