Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Nutanix Administration.
- Robust knowledge of server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning to ensure optimal server operation.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
