About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly candidate to manage our CSC Center operations, Aadhaar-related services, front desk activities, and assist customers at our Gaming Cafe when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle CSC services and online government applications.
- Manage Aadhaar-related enrollment and update processes.
- Assist customers with documentation, form filling, and digital services.
- Maintain daily records, reports, and customer data.
- Manage reception desk, answer customer inquiries, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle basic computer operations, printing, scanning, and email communication.
- Support Gaming Cafe customers with PC, PlayStation, and VR gaming sessions when needed.
- Monitor customer usage and maintain a professional workplace.
- Handle cash collection and billing activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).




- NSEIT Aadhaar Certification is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet browsing, and email.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Prior CSC, Aadhaar, Reception, or Customer Support experience will be an advantage.
