TheSenior AI Engineerfor the Enterprise AI team, youareresponsiblefordesigning,developing,deployingandoperatingenterprise AI solutions that enable scalable adoption of Generative AI, AI Agents, and AI-powered business processes across Danaher.Thisrolefocuses on AI Operations,AI platform enablement, model observability, governance, reliability, security, and lifecycle management whileleveragingdata engineering capabilities to support AI workloads and enterprise data integration.You will also be involved in developing Data based applications and Dashboards that are critical for business which has high visibility.

This position reports to theManagerof AI Opsand is part of theDanaher Enterprise AIsolutionteamlocatedinBangalore, Indiaand willbe a remote role.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

- Design, deploy,



andoperateenterprise Generative AI and agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- ImplementLLMOpscapabilities including prompt management, model evaluation, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Define AI solution guardrails,safety controls,governance controls, model monitoring, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.

- Implement AI monitoring and alerting frameworks to proactivelyidentifyhallucinations, performance degradation, data drift, and operational risks.

- Support AI platform operational activities including release management, model upgrades, testing, rollback strategies, and production support.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend enhancements to the enterprise AI platform.

- Design, develop, andmaintainscalable data pipelines to integrate structured and unstructured data from sources such as APIs, CSVs, JSON files, databases, and third-party platforms.

- Contribute to technical best practices, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical disciplinewith4-6 years of experience.





- Experience developing, deploying, orsupporting Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI agents, chatbot solutions, RAG systems, or conversational AI platforms.

- Hands-on experience withPython development, SQL, API integrations, Snowflake,and modern cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience designing data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and enterprise-scale data integration solutions.

- Experience supporting production systems with monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimization, operational controls,governanceand release management

Preferred Skills:

- Experience delivering AI, analytics, or digital transformation solutions in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.

- Experiencewith GenAI technologies, Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, agentic AI solutions, and Responsible AI practices.
