About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Engineer to manage, support, and optimize our Zscaler security platforms. This role is crucial for ensuring secure internet access, application access, and data protection for our enterprise users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security and hands-on experience with Zscaler solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Zscaler Administration
- Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
- Support Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) deployments.
- Create and maintain security policies,



URL filtering, SSL inspection, and application controls.
- Manage cloud proxy configurations and VPN replacement initiatives. Operations &
- Support
- Troubleshoot user connectivity and authentication issues.
- Analyze logs and security events.
- Support incident investigation and remediation.
- Perform health checks and platform monitoring. Security Governance
- Implement web security and access control policies.
- Support DLP, CASB, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Implementation & Projects
- Participate in onboarding applications and business units to Zscaler.
- Assist with integration of identity providers such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and LDAP.
- Support migration from traditional VPN solutions to ZPA. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards.
- Maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, and technical documents.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 4-7 years of experience in Network Security, Proxy Security, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), VPN, or Cloud Security technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Strong understanding of URL Filtering, SSL Inspection, and DNS Security.
- Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
- Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Knowledge of SIEM Integration.
- Zscaler ZIA Administrator certification.
- Zscaler ZPA Administrator certification.
- Zscaler Certified Professional.
- CCNA Security certification.
- Security+ certification.
- AZ-500 certification.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.




- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in rotational/on-call support if required.
- Team collaboration and ownership mindset.
- Key Deliverables Zscaler policy implementation and maintenance.
- Incident resolution and RCA reports.
- Security compliance adherence.
- Platform health monitoring reports.
- Application onboarding support.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
