- Positive experience migrating mailboxes from Microsoft exchange and other proprietary products.
- O365, creating and managing user accounts, roles, delegation, backup and restore etc.,
- SharePoint Administration & Management
- Ticket logging and working with vendor teams for troubleshooting the issues.
- Migrating accounts from one tenant to another.
- Purchasing the accounts and managing various service levels.
- Managing and troubleshooting issues on Organizations SharePoint account.
- Working on the communication platforms like Skype for Business, Teams and yammer, etc.,
- Synchronize O365 with organizations Active Directory, MS AZURE AD Sync with organization.
- Creating mail relay for various applications used in the organization.
- Owning activities delivering them End to End.
