Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and existing clients to introduce company services and generate interest.
- Handle tele-sales calls and convert leads into potential customers.
- Schedule and confirm meetings with clients and prospects.
- Follow up regularly with leads and clients regarding requirements, updates, and pending discussions.
- Handle client queries over the phone in a professional and polite manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams based on client requirements and discussions.
- Maintain timely communication and consistent follow-ups with leads.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with existing and potential clients.

Requirements

- Prior experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Client Calling is mandatory.
- Good communication and speaking skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling, sales conversations, and regular client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel,



and email communication.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and communicate confidently.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time and achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, B2B/B2C Calling, will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
