Position: Sales Consultant (Office-Based Role)

Job Description:

HomeFirst Finance Company provides verified leads of customers who have shown interest in applying for a home loan.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1.) Calling interested customers and understanding their requirements.

2.) Explaining the home loan process and guiding customers accordingly.

3.) Connecting eligible customers with a Relationship Manager (RM).

4.) Verifying customer documents and maintaining accurate records.

Following up with customers until the application process is completed.

Salary & Perks:

In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

CTC: ₹25,000 per month (includes PF, incentives, and payroll benefits)

Salary Credit:

Salaries are credited on the 30th of every month without delays, reflecting the company's strong payroll practices as a listed organization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
