Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive with around 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably Aluminium Machining. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day stores, material receipt, inventory management, GRN, material issuance, and ERP transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day general store activities and maintain proper housekeeping and material identification.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in ERP and physical stock.
- Issue raw materials, consumables, tools, spares, and other materials against authorized requirements.
- Ensure proper FIFO / material identification / batch or lot traceability, wherever applicable.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with ERP records.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, bin locations, and material movement records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for material requirements.




- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
- Follow company procedures related to inventory control, safety, quality, and stores management.
- Support periodic stock audits and prepare inventory-related reports.
- Perform other stores and purchase-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase, Stores, Inventory, or Material Management in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in aluminium machining / engineering / automotive / manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and ability to independently perform GRN, material receipt, issue, stock transfer, and inventory transactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of inventory control and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work systematically.
- Must be willing to work in both First and Second Shifts as per company requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, disciplined, responsible, and comfortable working on the shop floor as well as in ERP systems. Experience in handling stores and inventory in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Reporting To: Purchase / Stores Manager

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
