· Identify and develop new international markets and generate export business.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with international clients, distributors, and channel partners.

· Generate qualified leads through online platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and market research.

· Promote and sell the company's products in international and domestic markets.

· Handle complete export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, LC documentation, and other export-related documents.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.

· Manage documentation and shipment coordination for existing international and domestic customers.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize export orders.

· Coordinate with production, dispatch, finance, and quality teams for smooth order execution.

· Monitor export orders from inquiry to final delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export policies.

· Maintain export MIS reports, sales reports, and shipment records.





· Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support to international clients.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while identifying new business opportunities.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.

· Experience in international sales and business development.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), export compliance, and international payment terms.

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple export orders simultaneously.

Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
