The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. **Qualifications:** Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
