1. About the Role

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Call Centre Executives with prior experience in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries and maintaining effective customer communication.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.

- Conduct regular customer follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate customer and call records.

- Coordinate with the internal team for timely query resolution.

- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

3. Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.

- 1–2 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

- Candidate should be confident, polite and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
