- Develop and execute area-wise sales and business development strategies to increase OPD, diagnostics, surgeries, and overall hospital revenue.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with ophthalmologists, general physicians, clinics, optical stores, pharmacies, corporates, TPAs, and institutional partners.
- Develop new referral channels and continuously strengthen existing referral relationships.
- Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities for patient acquisition.
- Plan and execute eye camps, health camps, awareness programs, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach activities.
- Promote key eye-care services such as Cataract, LASIK/SMILE, Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea, Pediatric Ophthalmology and diagnostics, as applicable.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare marketing, medical sales, or business development.
- Experience in ophthalmology/eye-hospital sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
