Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to drive business growth for **Flymode**, an AI-powered Travel Business Operating System.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads through **cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research**.

* Connect with **Travel Agencies, DMCs, Tour Operators, and Visa Agencies**.

* Understand client requirements and introduce Flymode’s AI-powered solutions.

* Conduct **product demos** and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

* Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM.

* Use AI tools for lead research, personalization, and outreach.





* Target **international markets** and generate qualified business opportunities.

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of experience in **B2B Sales / Business Development / SaaS Sales**.

* Strong experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach.

* Comfortable with targets and high-volume calling.

* Basic understanding of **SaaS, AI, and automation**.

* International sales experience will be an advantage.
