Job Title: Tube Operator

Location: Vardsar, Gujarat

Educational Qualification: ITI (Relevant Trade)

Role Objective:

To efficiently operate and maintain the 12-head nozzle tube filling machine, ensuring smooth tube filling operations as per batch planning while maintaining GMP and quality compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage the 12-head nozzle tube filling machine in a pharma or cosmetics manufacturing setup.
- Execute tube filling activities as per daily production planning and batch requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to ensure correct batch execution.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the tube filling machine.
- Ensure machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization as per SOP and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor filling accuracy, sealing quality, coding, and overall tube output.
- Maintain production records and documentation as per GMP standards.
- Minimize downtime by identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.




- Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of equipment during operations.

Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience.
- Experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Ability to follow production planning as per prepared batches.
- Good coordination and communication skills with shop-floor teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.06 - ₹27,005.75 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadsar, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
