Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, and lead coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and comfortable handling multiple calls.
