Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive with an agency background and strong experience in media sales, field sales, and client acquisition. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of marketing and be confident in communicating marketing strategies and pitching solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and present digital marketing strategies and solutions.
- Prepare and communicate strategy-based pitches and proposals to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative, performance marketing, and strategy teams for client requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Key Expectations
- Agency background is preferred/required, especially from a digital marketing, advertising, media, or creative agency.
- Experience in Media Sales / Field Sales / B2B Sales.
- Good understanding of marketing, branding, digital marketing, and advertising concepts.
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to communicate and present strategy-based pitches confidently.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
