Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take complete responsibility for the accounting and finance functions of JAKS. The role involves overseeing the entire accounts function, managing the accounts team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and oversee the entire accounting and finance operations of JAKS.
- Manage, supervise, and guide the accounts team.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including payables, receivables, bank transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely statutory and tax compliance in coordination with the relevant teams/professionals.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Review financial data and identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.




- Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

- CMA Qualified or CA Intermediate.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong experience in end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
- Proven experience in handling and managing an accounts team.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in managing the complete finance and accounts function of an organization will be preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage the accounts function and team.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
