Job Summary
JMJ Autism & Neuro Centre is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Speech Therapist to provide assessment and individualized speech, language, communication, and swallowing-related therapy to children and individuals with developmental and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, communication, and developmental assessments.
Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.
Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech delay, developmental delay, ADHD, cerebral palsy, neurological conditions, and communication difficulties.
Improve articulation, vocabulary, sentence formation, receptive and expressive language, and social communication.
Work on alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) where appropriate.
Support development of functional communication and social interaction skills.
Maintain accurate therapy records, progress notes, and assessment reports.
Conduct periodic reassessments and modify therapy goals according to progress.
Educate and guide parents/caregivers regarding home-based communication activities.
Coordinate with special educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and medical professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in case discussions and parent counselling when required.
Maintain professional, ethical, and child-friendly therapeutic practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing from a recognized institution.
Valid professional registration/certification as applicable.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders will be an advantage.
Skills Required

Ability to create engaging, child-friendly therapy sessions.
Good clinical observation and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
