Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
- Source new, trending, and customer-relevant products.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Evaluate product quality, pricing, and market potential.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Compare vendor quotations and finalize suitable suppliers.
- Analyse product costing, selling price, and margins.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate samples, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor and product records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product and purchase requirements.
- Identify cost-saving and better sourcing opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for vendor visits, market research, exhibitions, and sourcing activities.

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail sourcing/purchase/procurement.
- Experience with a retail brand, buying, or merchandising will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of vendors, products, pricing, and markets.
- Travel-friendly and comfortable with frequent market/vendor visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Jaipur-based candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
