We're looking for a Python Developer with 1.5–3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana.

You'll develop scalable backend applications, build REST APIs, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python
- Build and maintain REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices

Engineering & Collaboration

- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project managers
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Develop web scraping solutions using Scrapy, Selenium, and BeautifulSoup
- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend technical improvements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 1.5–3 years of qualified experience in Python Backend DevelopmentStrong understanding of backend architecture and REST API development




- Experience working in collaborative Agile development environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Bitrix24
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and AI concepts
- Experience handling client discussions and technical planning
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable application design

Good to Have

- Experience working on high-concurrency backend systems
- Exposure to payment gateway integrations and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Knowledge of automation workflows and data processing pipelines
- Experience working on production-grade web applications
