RETROFIT PROJECTS

We are seeking a skilled and motivated VRF & AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining, and troubleshooting VRF, DUCTABLE & SPLIT AC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- maintain, and repair VRF systems and related HVAC equipment (indoor and outdoor units, wiring, piping, etc.).
- troubleshoot issues with VRF systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the commissioning of VRF systems, ensuring all components are working correctly.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain tools, equipment,



and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school or equivalent. HVAC/R certification preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience with HVAC systems, with a focus on VRF technology.
- Strong understanding of electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a start-up environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
