We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can take raw footage — or raw AI-generated assets — and turn them into sharp, scroll-stopping content. You'll handle everything from polished talking-head videos with motion graphics to fully AI-assisted ad films, working across corporate, real estate, retail, and lifestyle brand accounts. This role demands both technical mastery of the edit suite and a genuine creative eye — someone who can make a video feel premium, not just "done."

What You'll Do

- Edit high-quality video content across formats — talking-head videos, ad films, reels, brand campaigns, and long-form corporate content
- Integrate motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animation into talking-head and brand videos to boost retention and polish
- Work fluently across Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve for editing, VFX, compositing, and color grading
- Use AI video generation and production tools (e.g. Seedance, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Dreamina) to create and composite AI-driven content, virtual influencer videos, and AI ad films
- Composite AI-generated footage with live-action or motion graphics elements, including logo tracking and clean integration in After Effects
- Own color grading, sound design/sync, pacing, and final polish to deliver presentation-ready output with no further revisions needed
- Collaborate closely with the design and strategy teams to translate scripts, storyboards, and briefs into compelling final videos
- Maintain a strong sense of visual storytelling — pacing, rhythm, and emotional beats — not just technical assembly
- Stay updated on emerging editing trends, transitions,



and AI production techniques across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn formats
- Manage and organize project files, versions, and asset libraries for smooth handoffs and revisions
- Mentor junior editors on both traditional editing techniques and AI-assisted workflows

What We're Looking For

- 4-6+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in an agency, production house, or content studio
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve — not just basic cuts, but layered compositing, keyframe animation, and grading
- Experience editing talking-head content with integrated motion graphics/animation overlays
- Working knowledge of AI video generation tools (Seedance, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, or similar) and ability to composite AI-generated footage seamlessly
- Strong eye for pacing, sound design, and visual rhythm — someone who can make a 30-second reel feel effortless to watch
- A genuine creative instinct — able to suggest transitions, visual treatments, and storytelling choices rather than just executing a brief literally
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight turnarounds without compromising quality
- Strong file and version management discipline for a rapid-paced, multi-client environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with logo tracking, screen replacement, or advanced VFX compositing
- Prior experience producing AI UGC or virtual influencer content
- Motion design or 3D/CGI exposure (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
- A portfolio/reel that shows range across corporate, brand, and social-first content
