Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller
Experience: 0–6 months preferred
Location: Onsite

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain credit card and loan products.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

Eligibility & Requirements

- 0–6 months of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Credit Card Sales, Loan Sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.




- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, confident, and willing to work in a sales environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
