Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including configuration, customization, integration, and production support.
- Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce platform services.
- Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, profiles, roles, sharing rules, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and core CRM business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics, including data modeling, insights, dashboards, reporting, and analytics use cases.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, events, connectors, or other integration patterns.
- Experience designing and supporting MuleSoft-based integrations,



including API-led connectivity, error handling, end-to-end monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability setup for reliable enterprise integration operations.
- Understanding Salesforce security, data access, sharing model, platform limits, and performance considerations.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods, Jira, version control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team setting, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions with appropriate risk awareness.
