We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 D&A; Functional Lead Finance to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing SAP S4 solutions with a focus on finance, driving transformation and optimization of financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SAP S4 D&A; solutions focusing on Finance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on finance-related modules in SAP S4.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards during the implementation.
- Conduct user training and provide support to end-users post-implementation.
- Develop documentation for processes, configurations, and user manuals.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during implementation and provide solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 15-18 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficient in SAP S4 HANA and related tools.
- Experience in leading finance transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant SAP certifications in Finance are a plus.
