JOB PURPOSE / ROLE OVERVIEW:

- Develop multi-scale modelling and digital material design capabilities to deliver materials, product, and substrate insights.
- Validate digital insights through in vitro protocols and proof of science.
- Build a pipeline of computational proof of principles based on material, product, and substrate.
- Build IP funnel for differentiated and exclusive consumer benefits.
- Deliver effective reporting of scientific data, including peer-reviewed publications.
- Communicate and work closely with the global team to incorporate new technologies into products.
- Apply thought leadership through speed and teamwork.
