Senior Consultant – Generative AI / Machine Learning

Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/BCA/MSc or equivalent

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Generative AI / Machine Learning with strong experience in developing, deploying, and productionizing AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications and solutions.
- Build end-to-end LLM development and deployment pipelines and workflows.
- Transform GenAI PoCs into scalable, production-grade solutions.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and prepare data for training and evaluation of LLM/ML models.
- Design, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize ML/LLM models.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML applications using APIs, REST services, and cloud platforms.
- Design machine learning systems and conduct experiments, testing, and model evaluation.
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools.
- Select appropriate datasets, data representations, and modeling approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as NumPy.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras,



or similar ML/DL frameworks.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM application development.
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Experience working with open-source and/or API-based LLMs.
- Understanding of LLM deployment, MLOps, APIs, and productionization.
- Exposure to PySpark and large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, data privacy, ethical AI, bias mitigation, transparency, and accountability.
- Exposure to cloud AI/ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS AI/ML, Google ML, or Databricks is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML domains such as Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Speech Processing, and NLP is an advantage.

Preferred Tools & Technologies

Python, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, PySpark, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure ML, AWS AI/ML, Google ML, Databricks, H2O, DataRobot and other contemporary AI/ML platforms.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on AI/ML professional who can take GenAI/LLM concepts from PoC to production, build scalable AI solutions, work with modern LLM frameworks and cloud platforms, and apply Responsible AI and data privacy principles throughout the development lifecycle.
