- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per approved SOPs and batch records.
- Perform manufacturing processes such as blending, granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packaging depending on product type.
- Maintain cleanliness and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance in all manufacturing areas.
- Accurately complete documentation, including batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and deviation reports.
- Participate in equipment cleaning and sanitization procedures.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of manufacturing instruments and machinery.
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives and suggest ideas for efficiency enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting (pharmaceutical or related industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and SOPs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
