- Lead all digital projects for Quality, Regulatory, and R&D; functions.
- Drive organizational change by implementing current technologies such as AI, ML, and generative AI.
- Manage and optimize systems including LIMS, DMS, QMS, and VLMS.
- Oversee and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Lead the IT Internal Audit Team, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years IT experience (3+ in senior/lead roles within regulated industries).
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, system management, and IT audit.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
