Skills Required :

Bidding experience on freelancing portals majorly on Upwork (Mandatory), Guru and peopleperhour, fiverr experience is preferred.

Candidate must have proposal writing and client handling skills

Must have achieved targets in his/her previous company

Candidate must be able to interact with client and convert

Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile

Technically sound. Good communication and writing skills and should be able to chat initially with the client

Knows ethical way of bidding and proposal making as per requirement understanding Ability to work independently and make at least 12-14 bids per day with at least 10% reply ratio

Prior experience of handling targets and work as an individual contributor in the team. Qualifications

Desired Added Skills would always be a preference :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in Digital Marketing Domain will be helpful.
