Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects.
- Perform gap analysis and design solutions for FI modules – GL, AR, AP, AA, and Bank Accounting.
- Configure and customize SAP FI to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and CO.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Conduct user training and post-go-live support.

Must-Have Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting).
- Minimum 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of New GL, Asset Accounting, and Document Splitting.
- Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, CO modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience in FICO module integration.
- Knowledge of Central Finance, FSCM, or Group Reporting is a plus.
