Job Description

- We are seeking a skilled SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire top SAP talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for SAP roles, including consultants, developers, and functional experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with hiring managers to understand SAP hiring needs.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
- Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Ensure positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in SAP recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP roles and modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
